’m Aarushi Bafna — a TEDx speaker, award-winning designer, and entrepreneur. I founded Studio Aarushi Bafna and co-founded Studio Aadri, multidisciplinary design practices focused on blending traditional crafts with contemporary spatial and experiential design.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands such as Godrej, Tira, Westin Resorts, AJIO Luxe, and several luxury-led experiences across India. My work has been recognised through 50+ national and international awards, including the Godrej Design Lab recognition and the WEF Exceptional Women of Excellence award. My projects have also been featured in publications like AD India and Elle Decor, and showcased at India Design Week.
Beyond my studio practice, I’m deeply passionate about design education and mentorship. Through workshops, mentorships, and online education, I’ve guided over 500+ students while building a thriving community of young designers and creative entrepreneurs.
